Contributor Agreement

This Contributor Agreement is a placeholder stub for the Opytask private beta. The final agreement will govern the relationship between Opytask and independent contributors on the platform, including scope-of-work, IP assignment of submitted work product, confidentiality, QA adjudication, and payment terms (Net 14 via direct deposit).

Opytask engages contributors as independent contractors, not employees. Contributors are responsible for their own taxes; Opytask issues a 1099-NEC annually to US contributors earning above the IRS threshold.
